This is my newest favorite fender pattern. Fully shaped- Cupped on the bottom and rounded on the top. This set of fenders is built from Blood wood, Wenge, and Oak.
All of my bike fenders are produced one at a time from my small garage shop here in Bend, Oregon from as much recycled hardwoods as possible and are signed and dated when complete. The hardware is stainless steel to prevent rusting and I use cool looking brass bolts & nuts to attach all of the hardware. The color of the brass adds just that extra bit of distinctiveness to each set of fenders. To give the wood protection from the elements I finish them with four coats of a high quality Marine grade polyurethane. I offer you a choice of a gloss or satin finish. I don't use stains, paints, or tints- the colors that you see in my fenders are the natural colors of the woods used....natural wood colors rock!! They will fit a vast variety of bicycles and are easy to shape and or cut to fit hard to fit bicycles. Also because they are a three layer laminate they are super strong and flexible. Feel free to look thru my works, ask questions, and even come up with your own designs- as I also do "on request" custom work.
